Elegant, well rounded and bursting with flavour. This lot is brought to us via Karamo, an Ethiopian exporter based in Sidama, and a regular feature in Ethiopia's Cup of Excellency auction & competitions each year.

We've selected an heirloom varietal - this is an umbrella term which you'll find as a commonplace in Ethiopian coffee. Given there are more than 10,000 indigenous varietals present in Ethiopia, you can understand why that's the case!

This coffee is naturally processed, and in the cup you'll enjoy a sweet profile reminding you of blackberry, red grape and milk chocolate.
