PHB is a coming together of coffees from Colombia and Ethiopia.

In many ways, this coffee feels like a coming together of classic & modern specialty coffee, which we thought was really cool.

What do we mean?

Before innovative processing methods changed the landscape of flavour profiles forever, it was much easier to identify a coffee based on its growing region and origin.

Ethiopian coffees had distinct characteristics, as did Colombian, Costa Rican, Panamanian lots etc. You see where this is going.

Most within the coffee industry would agree that this is now being lost as processing becomes increasingly central in the composition of taste experiences in coffee.

With this coffee, we experience the tactility of classic Ethiopian heirloom paired with some interesting funk from the Colombian lot.

The result in the cup? Expect a profile reminding you of Passionfruit, Lemon and Fresh Lemonade
