Diego Bermudez' signature thermal shock castillo took the specialty market by storm in 2021 & 22 when it first started to reach consumers. Taste notes can often be subjective in coffee, but in this instance, they are spot on. This is a spice-forward, super sweet coffee - absolutely perfect for the colder autumn/winter season each year.
