In this role, we are looking for an experienced hospitality professional, with a background in specialty coffee to help us develop and maintain our drinks program at the café. At present, this menu consists of multiple espresso and handbrew options, a growing signature drinks menu alongside a rotating selection of loose-leaf teas, cold and hot drinks.

The leading candidate will display a keen interest and background of knowledge in coffee, demonstrate an understanding of the current hospitality market in the UK market and, ideally, will have some prior experience in signature drink design.

This is, primarily, a position on our café team. As Head of Coffee, you will also host guests and have all of the same responsibilities in service as the rest of the team. In time, as we launch and develop our roastery, your role will become a hybrid between both workspaces.

This is a position of leadership on our team. As a result, attitude will matter as much as aptitude.
